After patiently aging, the first beer from our Wild Heritage Series, Terre du Sauvage, will be bottled and released to the patrons of Columbus who are eager for more wild-fermented brews to hit the city! Transferred straight from the kettle, this farmhouse-style saison was fermented, conditioned and aged in oak with a mixed culture. We're really excited to unveil this series, but do want to keep the sale accessible and relaxed. Bottles will be sold casually out of our tap room upon inquiry, and we hope to have plenty to go around!
