This class, which is being held to celebrate Columbus Craft Beer Week, will highlight the important role that yeast has in creating the flavor profile of a beer. Brewers Bruce Vivian and Bryan Duncan will provide 5 samples of beer to taste. Each one will be brewed using the same malt and hops, but will be fermented with a different strain of yeast. The brewers will discuss different flavors that are imparted in the beer and help to expand your understanding of how beers are developed.
